OtoLife* Gibson - ES-347 ギブソン

今回OtoLife*コレクションの中から紹介するのは78年から84年の6年間に製造されていたES-347です。有名な335の派生的存在と位置づけられているギターで、その存在は335ほど知られていません。

Neck: Ebony/Maple

PU: Dirty Finger (リアはDuncanに変更)

Control: 2Volume, 2Tone, 1トルグSW, 1タップSW

Bridge: TP-6

音色は335よりも幾分中音域がふくよかでフルアコにも負けないJazzyな音が出ます。タップスイッチによりシャープなカッティングもできます。重量はやや重めです。現在、展示品として紹介させていただいております。

1966頃発売

大変珍しいオリジナルのテスコのスペクトラム５です。ピックガードに日焼け、細かい傷などはありますが状態は申し分なく良くOtoLifeコレクションの中でも個性的なオーラを醸し出しています。カラフルなスイッチによる奇抜なデザインはまさしく日本製ビザールの頂点と言ったところでしょうか。世界的に有名なギタリスト達にも使用されその多彩な音色が作れるスイッチとステレオアウトは一躍評判となりました。

現在、非売品という事で展示させて頂いております。

Teisco

Spectrum 5

c. 1966

Here we have very rare "Teisco Spectrum 5". Its condition is very good although theres is some color fade-out on the pickgard and minor scratches. Its interesting design produces unique aura among the guitars we have. By using the six colorful swtiches, you can manipulate conbination of the six single magnetic pickups with stereo output to create various sounds more than you can imagine. Some world known guitarists use the same model and they made Spectrum 5 so famous for the flexibility of sound and the design.

At this moment, this guitar is not for sale.

Update: We found out that this guitar is reissue version lately.

"野良猫"の名前が与えられたこのエピフォンは気品と野性的な印象を兼ね備えJAZZな匂いがするギターです。タバコや葉巻の煙が立ち込めるニューヨークシティーの薄暗いジャズクラブがお似合いと言うところでしょうか。トップにはとても綺麗なトラ目が出ておりあたかもCat(演奏家)の生き様を象徴するかの様です。

ちなみに横に置いてある雪は昨夜降りました。今日は暖かいのでもう殆ど溶けてしまったのですが日陰に残っていました。

店先に置かれたこのギターは暖かい日差しで日向ぼっこする猫の様に見えます。

Alleykat Semi-acoustic Trans Black

OtoLife has a "new cat" to our collection. This newcomer is called "Alleykat" that has some kind of refinement and wildness at the same time. It gives a jazzy impression from the looks and sound. This cat definitely fits to a smoky jazz club in New York City. The beautiful maple stripes on the top represent the way of being cool cat.

We put some remain of snow from last night next to the guitar. In Tokyo, most of the snow already melted away and it's warm now. This Epiphone looks like a cat that enjoys a comfortable day in spring with warm sunlight.

今回OtoLifeに加わった新顔は

Yamaha SG30

1973年に発売が開始されたギターでスタンダードにとらわれない個性的なデザインとなっています。もしかしたらビザールギターとも呼べるかも。

チェリーレッドとナチュラルの2色が製造されていた様で、これでOtoLifeには2色のSG30が揃ったことになります。

初めて目にされた方も懐かしいと思われる方も

チェックして欲しい一本です。

Here we have a newcomer to OtoLife.

Yamaha SG30

Yamaha introduced this model in 1973. There are two colors available, cherry and natural. Now we have both of the colors in our collection.

SG30 has a little unique design unlike other Fender and Gibson copy models. Almost like one of the so-called "Bizzare Guitars" from Japan.
